Recently we informed you that the NOBC website was down. We have learned that the problem stemmed from an unknown person or persons “hacking” the website. Our management team at Apex has worked diligently to resolve the problem. We are confident that no conference registration information, files, membership or financial data or information was obtained. In fact, because NOBC uses PayPal to process payments made by you for things like conference registrations, a hacker cannot obtain such information directly from the NOBC website. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration caused by this temporary outage, including for your inability to register online for the Annual Meeting. The site has been restored and you should be now able to continue using the site and registering for the Annual Meeting. We very much appreciate your patience.

As national and global developments affecting legal services markets attract ever greater attention, state supreme courts and bar leaders will look to regulatory and bar counsel for answers. The NOBC membership must be prepared and informed. The International Committee materials are intended to provide a ready source of talking points and information when a chief justice, state legislator, or executive director asks for your views and opinions. For more information, view our Global Resources page under our Resources tab, or click here.
