NITA (National Institute for Trial Advocacy), in partnership with the NOBC, is holding its “Advanced Trial Advocacy Training Program,” this year from October 26-30 in Boulder, Colorado. This useful, cost-effective training is specifically developed for enhancing the litigation skills of disciplinary prosecutors – both for those who are new to the office and seasoned practitioners who want to refresh their trial skills, break bad habits and learn new techniques.
This meeting is held once a year, and brings together bar counsel, respondents’ counsel, law professors, jurists, risk management attorneys, and the like, to discuss recent trends and developments in legal ethics, professional discipline for lawyers, professionalism and practice issues. In 2015, the conference is being held in Denver, CO on May 28 & 29th.
